Rider Development Group 2010

Horse and Rider combinations wishing to be considered for this group, must meet the following minimum requirements:

Show Jumping

Pony riders wishing to attend European viewing trials and children on horse’s teams, funding may be available but must be consistently jumping double clear at 1.25m competitions. 

All other riders wishing to apply for showjumping must be consistently jumping double clear at 1.40m plus in affiliated competition. 

Eventing

Ponies – Riders (under 16)  to have a top 25% placing and qualifying score in a CCI*Juniors riders (under 18yrs) to have a top 25% placing and qualifying score in a CCI* aiming for CCI**Young riders (21yrs and under) to have a top 25% placing and qualifying score in a CCI**Over 22 riders to have a top 25% placing and qualifying score in a CCI*** 

Dressage

Ponies – Riders (under 16) marks of over 65% at Medium/FEI Pony TestsJuniors Riders (under 18yrs) marks of over 65% at Advanced Medium

Young Riders (21 yrs and under) marks of over 65% at PSGOver 22 Riders marks of over 65% at Intermediate I 

Para-Olympic Grade 4 Competing at Medium level in Affiliated competitions gaining 60%Grade 3 Competing at Elementary level Affiliated competitions gaining 60%Grade 2 Competing at Novice level gaining 60%Grade 1 Winning at RDA Competitions gaining 65% 

All applicants to supply a full print out of 2009 results from either BE, BD, BSJA or RDA                  to accompany the application form.
